It all started with my husband's great aunty. When our kids were born, she began decorating and hand-writing birthday cards for them — a tradition she kept up right through to their 21sts. She knew she likely wouldn't be there for every milestone, so she made sure her love reached them anyway, one card at a time.
That idea never left me.
I'm a mum. A wife. Someone who loves hard and feels it deeply when I let someone down — even by accident. But life is busy, and no matter how much we care, it's easy for birthdays and special moments to slip through the cracks.
So I created Never Forgotten Cards — because the people we love should never have to wonder if we were thinking of them. Every card arrives right on time, so your love always does too.

How does the subscription work?+
Pick a plan, add your loved ones and their occasions, and we handle the rest. Every card is personalised, printed, stamped and posted so it arrives on the actual day.
How far in advance are cards sent?+
We mail your card 10–14 business days before the occasion so it lands on the actual day.
Is postage included?+
Yes. Every plan includes real Australia Post postage — no extra charges at checkout, no stamps to buy.
Am I charged weekly or annually?+
Plans are billed annually up-front. We show the weekly equivalent so you can see the true cost per card, but you're charged once a year and can cancel anytime.
How do I cancel?+
One click from your dashboard. No phone calls, no awkward emails. You keep access until the end of your paid year.
What if the address changes?+
You can update any loved one's address in your dashboard right up until the card is sent. We also text you a month before each occasion to double-check.
Do you post outside Australia?+
Not yet — every card is posted within Australia. Recipient addresses must be Australian.
